  GOOD RATINGS, because customer surveys are sent out at almost ever dental appointment made at this office.I DO NOT CARE ABOUT FAVOUABLE COMMENTS PRIOR.NO and NO I DO RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST.No I did not find they care about me as a patient.NO empathy or compassion to my dental damages caused to me.No accounability,just lame excuse's,more concerned with review then what was caused to me such as severe damages. (My ruined Dental Health going to a dentist every 4 months.) I lost 2 molars that were perfect,due to an unattended molar abcess,that she knew about. This doctor lacks transpacey..Cannot be fixed,since part of my upper oral bone has been completely chewed due to an infection. This is going every 4 months for cleaning for approximately the last 5 years. I REGRET walking into Smile Dental Group.Plus I was no longer her patient and she continued to call doctor involved in my care,seeking information and badmouthing me. I don't care anymore regarding friendly staff and fancy office,I look for Honesty,Quailty, and Skills now..Focus is on covering up the neglect caused to me,not the patient care otherwise this would have not happened to me.it was forseeable if proper oral measures were taken.Read past reviews on Yelp another patient recieved injury as well. This review is based on my personal experience with this office.Your call ... choose wisely

  Pretty disappointing experience. Was hoping to become a client as I did some research online before choosing a new dentist. When I called to book my initial appointment I was informed it would take three weeks, as Saturdays are busy and space is limited. I understood this as Saturday is the only day I have available, and went ahead with booking the appointment. When I got to the initial appointment, I arrived early and filled out all the typical new client forms. And then I waited. And waited. And waited. Other patients came in and were escorted to rooms while I continued to sit there. A full 45 minutes beyond my original appointment time I was still being advised by the front desk staff that they were trying to prepare my room. At this point I informed them that I had appointments in the afternoon and would need to reschedule. I never heard from anyone there again, no follow-up or anything. Customer service is clearly lacking and I don't believe they are actually interested in new patients. I have since chosen a different dentist, resulting in Smile Dental Group's loss of my household's dental needs.

  GREAT ... Dr. Bajaj and her team. My kids love her and her assistant, and are always greeted with smiles from her great receptionist. I would highly recommend her to everyone who is looking for an amazing dentist!

  I've been coming here for many years, and so grateful to have a beautiful smile after the journey with braces. 100% friendly staff. I highly recommend coming here!!!
