  My parents used to go to this clinic because they didn't charge copay (their insurance was 80%). I don't know why the previous posters said they paid anything, but we've been going to them for 8 years and they never charged us anything. They'll tell you on the phone that you have to pay, but if you speak chinese, they will tell you to come in first. Then they tell you at your appointment that you don't need to pay for anything and they will just charge insurance. They do tell you to tell the insurance that you paid if they call.....lol. They also allow people to share insurance (didn't know that was legal?) so you can use your friend's insurance for cleanings if you want. We stopped going because the insurance company did a phone survey and told us it was illegal to not pay copay and we might get in trouble for insurance fraud. Dentists were okay though.

  I have been visiting this clinic for 3 years; even though I seeing different doctor every time, due some doctors only work one day per week. But their work were GOOD. I am not as lucky as Esther; I was being charged for the 20% deductible (my plan covers 80%). How nice, it would be if didn't charge me for my deductible!! :-( Also, I didn't see my insurance being overcharged. By the way anyone know, what is scaling? Does it do anything with "Root Canal Treatment"?

  This place commits massive INSURANCE FRAUD. They don't make you pay co-pay as long as your insurance is over 50%. BUT they will bill for many procedures they didn't do to make up for it. I was billed 4 units of scaling (1h) when in reality i was only in the chair for 20 min. They receptionist actually told me that they were going to bill my insurance extra because i didn't have to pay. Plus, they do really bad work since they're always in a rush. The dentist may seem nice, but their work is HORRIBLE. I had to have another more experienced dentist fix all their work and lost a tooth because of a shoddy root canal. To add insult to injury, they've already used up all of my insurance due to their over billing.

  Clean place and nice services! According to my expierance, my dentist has never overcharged me from my dental insurance. I really appreciate that my dentist has taken a good care for my teeht for about 4 years. I always recommend my friends to visit my dentist in Alpine.
