  A few years ago my back, neck and left shoulder and arm were a mess from both an accident and general issues (posture, desk job etc). I was having tingling and weakness in my left arm and daily back pain. I was nervous about chiro but my coworkers convinced me to go see Ali (at the Vancouver clinic). Within a couple of months my arm and neck issues were almost completely resolved, my lower back pain was significantly reduced and my range of motion drastically improved. I now only see him monthly for maintenance or if I hurt my back doing something (I discovered once that NOT going for maintenance made things get worse again so now I'm diligent about going). Not only is Ali effective, but he is professional, friendly and I trust him. He takes time - I never feel rushed. He assesses my body each time to determine what I need rather than just going through the motions. He also gives me advice and exercises to do to improve my issues. I'm not that great at doing them regularly but I'm working on it! If you are in pain I highly recommend going to see Ali - I am so glad I did! I also must mention that Lina who works at the front desk (at the Vancouver clinic) is awesome as well.

  I was recommended to see a chiropractor by my massage therapist. I was anxious about my first appointment as previous experience at another chiropractor was less than ideal. However, my first appointment with Dr. Ali Walizada (Vancouver) exceeded my expectations. Dr. Ali is professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, his treatments are effective. My massage therapist also noted the improvement, stating "my back now moves and no longer looks like an old oak cask!" I continue to recommend Dr. Ali to friends, colleagues, and family.
