  Have been a regular customer here at this location for years and had no complaint about the service til today. I went to buy a microwave oven that was on sale.It took a little while to get someone to serve me. The gentleman said there was none on the shelf and told me ask the guy in the computer section as he had the keys to open the area where the microwaves were stored. We looked around and after asking around we found out that Michael had the keys. We could see he was busy with another customer and he knew that we deeded help. WE patiently waited for him but he was still talking to this customer and he made no offer to get someone else to help us. After 30 mins of waiting we walked away without the Microwave oven and didn't buy other stuff that we we going to buy, Very Disappointed ,

  Definitely a newer layout for this particular London Drugs. Staff seems friendly and mostly helpful. The upper parking lot is immediately outside of the store so that is helpful. Sometimes it can be very busy though, especially with all of the construction that is going on at Brentwood right now.

  I feel silly writing a review about a pharmacy, but this one deserves it! I can't say enough about the high level of and customer service and general down-to-earthness of this place. I brought in a prescription for a "compound" at 6pm on a Friday night after another pharmacy noted it wouldn't be ready until Tues. Since Ben (the Pharmacist) doesn't work weekends, he offered to stay after hours and filled it such that it was ready first thing Sat morning. That NEVER happens. A great pharmacy and overall place!
