  I bave been bringing my little brother to monarch house for the past couple of years. I have seen great improvement for the past few month. I have noticed the manager has been changed and making a big difference to this place.

  First hand viewing of the therapists with my nephew showed me they were on their phone openly during "therapy time". Produced no real difference in his verbal skills while he was at Monarch-Burnaby. As an autism support worker, I can say that the staff here are not given the training they need and lack the supervision necessary to ensure effective therapy. High turnover and extremely expensive.

  We have had amazing help with our son's communication and bathroom time. The BI's we work with have been great. The parking can be tough at times that's why the 4 stars but it is free. The people and programs and the quiet room they have in place just helps us so much. It's the big break needed our lives.

  I don't have enough words to express how much this place means to me. I have been a staff member for over 5 years, and have been given exceptional clinical supervision/support the entire time. I'm so thankful that I have been able to learn from the best and refine my intervention skills over time. Monarch House Vancouver is filled with passionate staff members, amazing kids, and expert knowledge. I would highly recommended to anyone that has concerns about their child's development, regardless of their age or learning style. Also, this is a great place for students wanting to gain experience in the field, as they are willing to provide thorough training and supervision time. Note: Monarch House has an amazing ability to customize programming to suit the needs of their clients. For example: distance clients around the world, home sessions, parent training, translation services.
