  Dr. Ko and staff have been nothing but a pleasant experience. I am usually greeted by the friendly team of secretaries the minute I step into the office, and I have never had to wait very long for my appointment to begin. Hygienists have been very open to feedback as they often ask if I am in pain, or in discomfort and adjust accordingly. Staff are often helpful in asking if my insurance benefits are up to date, and how much should be covered in order to save me as much money as possible. They have been very timely with checkup reminders over the phone when I am due for my appointment. Even though I live in Surrey, I continue to visit this clinic as it is one of the best I've been to.
