  I've been dealing with All Write Insurance for my home and auto insurance needs for a couple of years now and I couldn't be any happier with the service. It is great to see a business where the owners are very much involved and not just the staff making sure all their clients insurance needs are met. I had recently purchased a car from BMW and the agent that helped me with my insurance was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She thoroughly explained the different coverage options and ICBC products to me which made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Overall, the service was exceptionally quick, efficient and seamless. I highly recommend All Write Insurance for your insurance needs.

  Came in one day to get a quote on a home insurance. Typical customer, who needed help and advice. The agent who took me immediately said she did not know the subject. She referred me to another specialist. This specialist was on the phone discussing some family matter with someone else. For about 30 minutes. He saw me waiting for him to finish. Did not stop to treat a customer until all family matters were discussed in full. I get it, family first, who cares of clients, right? Then he gives me a form - fill it out. Now, I am typical homeowner, I did not know where to take information from. I left and later sent in my floor plans along with the application. Again, I was not sure about some figures because I lack experience in this matter. The agent simply said that application was not complete. No help was offered. No suggestions were given. Very unpleasant experience. This office did not care about a new client. Plain and simple. I will look somewhere else.
