  Came in on what must have been a slow day as 4-5 staff were hanging around in the back. A newer staff (Yulia) met with me to start the process of transferring my vehicle form out of province to B.C. A guy (Iranian name) came over and said they wouldn't do it as it was too late in the day. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he said he was the supervisor. I asked him to explain how they can deny services to Members, he told me it was the policy and I had to return another day and I wouldn't be able to speak to anyone else. I returned and it was Yulia again. She had a very difficult time explaining why I would be charged $4000+ for one years insurance. I ended up getting a cheque in the mail from ICBC for almost $2700 a month later for being over charged. These two "staff" are an embarrassment and should be fired.
