- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I brought in an insurance form from my workplace to the male working at the front desk. He had never seen this form before so he politely asked his colleague for help. For the remaining time I was there I felt extremely uncomfortable and shocked to see how this colleague treated this male employee. She stood over his shoulder and used words like "This is why I tell you to think!" And "You're doing it wrong again!" Her tone of voice was impatient, angry and flat out rude.
