  The reception staff and MOAs at this clinic is terrible. They are probably the rudest people I've ever had to deal with. It's really too bad because Dr Lee is a really good doctor but I'm currently looking for other options because the staff is so incompetent at their jobs. I called in today hoping to schedule an appointment for Dr Lee on a Monday. The MOA Cindy said several times he didn't work Mondays so I asked her a few times to clarify. After pushing a bit she finally told me he has a Monday appointment for 3 weeks away. I was hoping to get my prescription refilled sooner so asked if there was any Tuesday appointments earlier. Cindy then started to get upset with me and rudely asked "if I even knew what day I wanted as she couldn't check his entire calendar for me"... I only asked about a Monday or Tuesday appointment so she started arguing with me saying that I needed to know what day I wanted before she'd look however she mentioned several times that the Dr works different shifts and days weekly and I was trying to work around his schedule. She had no reason to be rude or yell at me for asking a simple question. When I asked for her name she refused to tell me until I again pushed several times for the information. I don't need the staff to be nice... The only thing I ask is for them to be able to help schedule a simple appointment and treat people respectfully. I don't think it's a lot to ask. Another time I had a staff member ask me to call back the next day to schedule my appointment because she was new and didn't know how to... Why was she even on the phones then? I hope a manager/owner sees this and gets back to me.

  I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. As someone who gets sick waaay too often, I've been visiting this place few times a week for the past few months. The doctors and pharmacists are extremely friendly, and the wait time is usually very short. I don't think I ever had to wait for more than 20 minutes to see a doctor here.

  I only write reviews when the experience was bad--my prerogative. For the one person who doesn't get it. NEGATIVE STAR. Warning!!! don't go here! The entire staff is so unprofessional and incompetent. Stupid would be the best word to describe some of them. The moment you walk in, you can feel that there's something wrong with this place. The supposed doctor i saw was distracted and cut me off several times, came to a conclusion that was ludicrous. One of the wait staff listens to loud rap music and looks at herself in the mirror while you stand there for service. It's just all wrong. there are no patients. Only one seemingly desperate older chinese lady who didn't seem to be happy about being there either. When she tried to say something to the stupid girl, she told her rudely to sit down and wait. If you care about yourself, go somewhere else. You deserve good medical care. All of them apparently just graduated, no experience, no manners, no understanding of the hypocratic oath, just want to make money.

  There is a moa here who is very rude and downright dangerous to the health of her patients. I have dealt with her many times and have just found her rude, until now. I had called last week to request an emergency appointment with my dr. She told me he was fully booked. I requested for any emergency appointments as both myself and my 4 yo daughter have been having fever for 5 days. And we were both having a very severe cough. She told me "its just a cold, go to walk in clinic". Well this "cold" brought me to the emerg department that night for pneumonia. And my daughter got admitted to hospital for pneumonia and mono. She is currently still on iv antibiotics. I dont know what qualifications the moa has but i am sure she isnt qualified to diagnose people over the phone. She should have consulted with my dr to see if it was possible to see us rather than just turning us away. Since i started going to this clinic i have gone to the walk in more often than i was able to actually get in to see my dr. I dont even know what the point is anymore when he is never available to my family.
