- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been doing business at Johnston Meier Insurance at the Lougheed branch for years, purchasing car insurance, home insurance, travel insurance and Special Liability insurance. The staff are all very professional and knowledgeable, both the long-time employees as well as the newer staff. Service is as quick as it can be and appropriately friendly. I do not believe that I have ever been told to affix my ICBC decal to my license plate because this is something that any driver and purchaser of ICBC insurance would know. If the customer stated "This is my first time buying this insurance" or asked a question about the insurance, the staff would mention "put the decal on your plate and be sure not to lose the decal" but if customer doesn't communicate, insurance staff cannot be mind-readers and state what is quite an obvious need to affix the decal.by GL ManningJuly 27, 2017
