  My boyfriend went to get a prescription for travel medication and the wait was an hour when he got in the doctor told him he couldn't get the prescription there but through a travel clinic. He told him that I had gotten one through a walk in clinic 2 weeks ago and that he had also gotten prescription last year at the clinic. Then the doctor proceeded saying it wasn't covered by msp and my bf answered that he would pay it out of his pocket. The doctor still didn't give him the prescription so my bfs left upset. Front desk was great but the doctor didn't do his job. As a result first impression wouldn't be coming back again.

  Came here at 10am to see a doctor (along with 6+others). Hours on the door claimed Sunday's hours as 10am-3pm. Lights were on, waiting room was set up but nobody was inside. We waited about 35 minutes, and still nobody. I checked their website stated on the door, and the lougheed location wasn't even listed. I called to see the hours on voicemail, it cut off after I pressed the number to see the hours. It's frustrating because I've been trying to see a doctor all week and I figured a clinic that has operating hours on Sunday would be reliable. It wasn't. I have an extremely wet cough and this is really just inconvenient. If you're not open, leave a closed sign on the door, and shut your lights off. You're a medical clinic, act professional.

  At the front desk, I believe her name is Terri/Terry. She is wonderful. She aced on the multi-tasking part- training new receptionist and assisting clients. Her customer service is A+++. Dr. Javed is the doctor who treated me. He is also great. I passed my concerned and he give me some suggestions then prescribed me some meds that will reduce my symptoms significantly. Overall a great visit. I am just glad that we have Medical Clinic that accept walk ins especially since many of us do not have a family doctor. Thank you Terri/Terry & Dr. Javed!
