- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Have been waiting on the phone for 1 ½ months (not hours) to get a simple acknowledgement of a time sensitive (their time, not mine) issue. Customer service is awful to the point of being non-existent. They just take your money every month, then forget about you. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I would give a ZERO STAR if I can. Worst customer service EVER! They force you to mail a letter if you want to cancel your plan. They have very bad attitude when they communicate to customer if you like to ask more information about the claim! Be aware if you want to buy insurance from them. For the dental plan, make sure you read every detail of what they covered!! They only cover very basic service! They don't cover back teeth white fillings for exampel! Also, for the acupuncture claim I submitted, they only allow me to get back TWO DOLLAR for a 76 dollar that I paid to receive 1 service! However, when I read their plan, they said they allow 25 dollar rebate*10 times visit! That means a 250 dollar rebate! RIGHT NOW I AM ONLY GETTING 2 DOLLAR AND DUNNO WHY!! MAKE SURE YOU READ THEIR PLAN CAREFULLY! BETTER NOT TO BUY INSURANCE WITH THEM!by Rachel ZhangFebruary 09, 2017
