  I have been a long time customer of William Anderson Agencies and continue to drive all the way to Metrotown from Delta because of the excellent service I get. I am retired so I can go in during non-peak times and have been served by a wide variety of agents. Whenever there is a new agent in training they are assisted by a more experienced agent. Though most of my policies are simply renewals without changes the agents are still very fussy to review my policy very carefully with me. To do this properly, as ICBC requires, does take time and is not like a McDonald's drive through. Quality service requires time. I was very impressed recently when I took in three polices to renew at the same time. I was the only client there at that time so three different agents took one policy each and processed all three in the time it would take to do one. I also insure my home, boat, and RV with Anderson Agencies and have always found their prices to be the best I can find and I do shop around. I have used the notary service several times over the years and found the prices to be competitive. So I can be sure the notary is in I always make an appointment; just common sense to do so it seems. My experience at this agency has always been good and usually excellent thus the 5 stars.

  I first took my car insurance here last year, very friendly and helpful so this year I returned and was surprised when the man helping me reminded me to return the following month to get my senior discount on my birthday. This year I decided to go back with my house insurance policy to get a quote. The woman who helped me was so informative. I have saved a few hundred dollars and now have a new carrier for my house insurance. I will not go anywhere else for my insurance these people are so well informed and helpful. I will return. Thank you to all that have helped me.
