  needed important special ordered medicine for my 4 month old baby. Was 2 min to closing and I called to see if it was in soon. I foynd out it had already arrived and asked they could wait just a few extra min as I was 5 blocks away so I could get it and the manager said no. I offered to pay over the phone with credit card they just needed to hand me the bag but was declined. So much for going thr extra mile...

  The cosmetics staff are always helpful and have a dedicated till so you don't need to wait in line if your buying cosmetics or fragrances. The sales are usually very good. The prestigious cosmetics section is well stocked most of it is in locked show cases so very little chance you could end up with a tampered with product.

  It's like any other London drugs. Great for stuff that's on sale. Regular priced items not so much, but it is very nice to be able to get a few things off your shopping list from one store (including electronics)!
